OPEN STUDIO EXHIBITION – held here at Allanbank Mill
Steading, at the beginning of August.
I'll be showing my textile work - both Studio Quilts and my 2009 'Quiltline' collection.
I share this exhibition with my husband Charles Poulsen, who is a sculptor. He uses lead sheeting and often wraps objects to make sculpture. To see more of his work visit www.charlespoulsen-sculpture.com

Each year we transform our studio spaces into exhibition areas and display art work throughout the whole Steading, inside and out.
The dates for 2009 are 31st of July - 3rd August – open from 11am –
6pm, over the 4 days

Travel:
Although we are situated in the middle of wonderful countryside
– we are also fairly accessible. Our studio is one hours drive
south of Edinburgh and one and a half hours drive north of Newcastle,
and only eight miles inland from the fast London/Edinburgh train
line. |
